Bandana Realty has been serving Red River for over 25 years. Our staff consists of full time and part time residents. When people call to ask us about the weather, the layout of a home or a quick update on the real estate market, we can give you a first hand answer.

Ben and Lea Ann Butler, Qualifying Brokers, purchased Bandana in 2002 and while both have lived in New Mexico all of their lives, they always wanted to make Red River their home. Both have extensive experience in property management and real estate sales. In addition to being a real estate broker, Lea Ann is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Grace Brunelle, Broker, is the previous owner of Bandana. She has stayed on to devote her time to past and present friends/clients with their real estate needs.

Barbara Beeler, Associate Broker, and her husband spend their time between Crocket, Texas and Red River. As land and homeowners in dual states, Barb is a great asset in assisting clients through real estate transactions and transitions.

Don Goforth, Broker - Goforth and Associates in Amarillo, keeps busy maintaining an office in Texas and listing properties for life long friends in Red River.  Don is also a part time resident of Red River.

Rounding out our staff is our Office Manager, Jan Davis, who has been with Bandana for 25 years and Mary Robinson and Sue McDonald, our Reservationists for our property management division and all around "Jill's of all trade" when it comes to keeping our vacation rental homes maintained!
